The neighbourhood
Bundall is largely a canal-estate suburb wedged between Southport, Surfers Paradise and Benowa, with Nerang River waterways running through much of it. It's home to some of the Gold Coast's civic and cultural landmarks — HOTA (Home of the Arts), the Gold Coast City Council Chambers, and the Gold Coast Turf Club — alongside a growing office and commercial strip along Bundall Road that makes it one of the few suburbs on our list with a genuine mix of residential and business relocations.
